what you need simply the Globe Simcard and the Opera Mini download it and install it on your android phones then after the installation setup your MMS and GPRS settings to do that
Step 1:
To get handset settings for free. Please type GO<space><handset model> to 2951. sometimes Globe will automatically send the MMS and GPRS Settings on the first time you insert your Globe or TM Simcard.
after you receive the Configuration Settings of your Globe Simcard dont forget to save it enter 1234 when asked for a PIN.

Another way is through manual configuration:

Connection Name: myGlobe Internet
Name: myglobe connect
APN: www.globe.com.ph
proxy: 203.177.42.214
port: 8080
Authentication type: None
Note: If you're on Postpaid plan, use myGlobe Internet APN settings. For prepaid use myGlobe INET.
